How Integrity Lifecycle Manager Is Changing the World, One Fortune 500 Company at a Time

Session Description

Advancements in technology are continuously driving mankind to increase and optimize capability across industries to meet basic and less basic needs. This trend is resulting in cross pollination of technologies and ideas, intertwined disciplines and highly integrated systems. The resulting increase in complexity and risk creates the need for new approaches and best practices with the discipline of Systems Engineering key among those. Today, complexity and risk aversion are highest in the aerospace and defense and as a result Systems Engineering tends to be most mature in those industries. The automotive industry however is accelerating Systems Engineering adoption. In doing so, many automotive companies are facing challenges in adopting Enterprise wide Systems Engineering tools. We will take the audience through Cummins' journey in adopting PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager to enhance its product development process.
