In 2015, Accenture successfully worked with Roche Diabetes Care and PTC to shape a PLM digital transformation journey with their client.
The results were a long-term transformation roadmap, strong business case and a clear value driven approach. Currently, the company is in the implementation of Release 1 and already planning to start the next release next year.
Based on our experience many companies are missing the strategy work and having difficulties shaping a suitable PLM transformation based on the business value. Additionally, many times a PLM transformation will be positioned as just another IT project which is not our view.
We will share the work, outline how important it is to develop the right approach from the beginning and introduce the current project scope and roadmap based on Windchill v. 11 and Integrity.
