The Thrilling Potential of Natural Touch for AR/VR Applications

Session Description

The goal of VR is to immerse the user into the computing scene. Immersive computing has to extend beyond the visual element to be relevant. As in the real world, the physical & mechanical states provided by the sensibility touch are an absolute requirement to cross the threshold of perception and drive full immersion in VR. VR without touch is like a movie without sound.
