Franz Aman has more than 20 years of experience positioning products and companies in the space of analytics, big data and middleware. Most recently Franz was the senior vice president of Marketing Strategy and Operations at Informatica, where he was responsible for branding, global demand generation, marketing operations, content and digital marketing. He has been frequent speaker at CMO forums, Strata Hadoop and other conferences. Previously, Franz held numerous executive positions in leading technology companies, including SAP, BusinessObjects, BEA Systems, SGI and Sun Microsystems. Franz holds a degree in Geophysics from the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany.
