Felisa is VP Strategy & Operations for the Service Segment, responsible for its multi-year strategy and business performance. She joined PTC two years ago because of her belief in our IoT vision. Her goal is to ensure PTC’s customers can successfully satisfy their customers needs, stay ahead of competition, and maximize service profitability.Felisa has almost 20 years’ experience in service. She led Professional Services at FieldOne and ClickSoftware. Before that, she was in management consulting where she helped companies optimize inventory stocking levels, fleet logistics, and plant maintenance.Felisa attended Babson College, in Wellesley, MA, where she earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA).
